Shopping Questions

Do you ship worldwide?

G.GLOW offers worldwide shipping. Please contact us if you are unsure about your country.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.

 

Shipping

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped USPS with a signature required.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during promotional sales.

keep in mind, G.GLOW does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

G.GLOW is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.

Potential Shipping Delay

We appreciate your patience as shipping delays are expected due to current circumstance in North America. We’re here for you, but a delay in our customer care response time is a possibility.

We’ll make sure to notify you ASAP when your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

Do you offer returns?

All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, G.GLOW reserves the right to refuse all returns.

 
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at customerservice@SHOPGGLOW@GMAIL.COM with your inquiry.
